Responsibilities of a Football Coach

As a youth football coach it is your job to:

1. Get the players in shape
2. Understand each player's potential
3. Work on individual skills for each position
4. Work on team execution of plays
5. Motivate, communicate, lead
6. Injury Prevention

Football coaches must have the freedom to develop three things in their athletes: pride, poise, and self-confidence.
